Who are we?

BEST TECHNOLOGY” Ltd. was founded in 2002, in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, having the following activities: Design, delivery, installation, subscription maintenance, and 24 hour response in case of a technical problem, of Technical Security Systems (TSS), low current systems, facilities and communications, namely:

  • Intrusion Alarm Systems (IAS);
  • Video surveillance and video control systems;
  • IP video surveillance systems with smart functions and solutions;
  • Centralized Monitoring System of multiple remote sites;
  • Video intercom systems;
  • Fire alarm systems;
  • Automated Fire extinguishing installations;
  • Fire fighting systems for removing smoke and heat;
  • Access and/or Time Control Systems;
  • Parking systems;
  • Automated systems for building management – BMS/BSS;
  • Sound and announcement systems;
  • Structured cable networks;
  • Integrated Hotel systems;
  • Computer networks and systems for office communication;
  • Design and preparation of Technical project and project-accounting documentation of Security and Low Current Systems;
  • Specialized Operational Monitoring center system for Bank institutions or Holding structures, for internal control and surveillance of their own sites and facilities;
  • Systems for physical access control to the premises of "Registries for Classified Information", in accordance with the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) of the Republic of Bulgaria;
  • Systems for physical access control to the premises of "Registries for Classified Information", in accordance with NATO requirements;
  • Systems for Physical Guard detour control.

ISO CERTIFICATES

    1. In accordance with the European norms and standards, “BEST TECHNOLOGY” LTD. has protected and owns the following ISO Certificates:

      – ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system;

      – ISO 27001:2017 – Information security management system;

      – ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational health and safety management system.

TRADING

  1. “BEST TECHNOLOGY” LTD. has passed an „Industrial security” check from the control state body – the State Agency for National Security (SANS). The Company, as well as its Employees, have certificates for right of access to National classified information up to the level – “SECRET”, as well as certificates for right of access to NATO classified information up to the level – “NATO SECRET”.
  1. “BEST TECHNOLOGY” LTD.  is closely specialized in the Design, Delivery and Installation of technical security systems for first class sites, including bank offices. We have designed and coordinated with the competent authorities of the General Directorate “National Police” more than 400 bank offices of five leading banks on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Our company has an excellent design team. The Lead Designer has a – Certificate of full legal capacity for design in part “ELECTRICAL”. We design and implement mainly TECHNICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS, as well as all kinds of low current installations, being a subpart of part “ELECTRICAL”.
  1. “BEST TECHNOLOGY” LTD. has a NATIONAL LICENCE with the right to carry out the following activities, in accordance with Ordinance № 8121з-647/1st October 2014 of the rules and standards of fire safety in the operation of sites and facilities: “Maintenance and servicing of Fire extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, smoke and heat control systems and fire hydrants” – on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

 5. The Company has regional offices, 24-hours on duty/emergency vehicles with technicians situated in the following points of the Republic of Bulgaria – cities of Sofia, Smolyan, Burgas, Vratsa and Blagoevgrad.

  • Corrugated pipes of PVC, cable ducts of PVC, mounting and support elements for them, for all kinds of systems under part "ELECTRICAL";
  • Specialized software products, developed by our company;
  • Specialized Operational Monitoring Center system for Bank institutions or Holding structures, for internal control and surveillance of their own sites and facilities.

ENGINEERING

  • Design, installation and maintenance of Intrusion Alarm Systems for bank offices, in accordance with ORDINANCE № 8121z-444/03.05.2016 – ON THE ORGANIZATION AND CONTROL OF ASSURING THE SECURITY OF BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS;
  • Design, installation and maintenance of Systems for physical access control to the premises of "Registries" for Classified Information, in accordance with the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) of the Republic of Bulgaria;
  • Design, installation and maintenance of ALL TYPES OF TECHNICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS;
  • Design, installation and maintenance of ALL TYPES OF LOW CURRENT SYSTEMS;
  • Design, installation and maintenance of AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR BUILDING MANAGEMENT – BMS/BSS;
  • Design, installation and maintenance of installations under part "ELECTRICAL".

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH 24 HOUR RESPONSE IN CASE OF A TECHNICAL PROBLEM, related to the Technical Security Systems of Our Customer’s Site – who have signed with us a Contract for subscription for technical support and maintenance:

  • 24-hours, 365 days a year response from our technical teams in case of report of a technical problem related to the Technical Security Systems;
  • Planned subscription maintenance of the Technical Security Systems;
  • Commercial discount for the construction of new sites.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES

  • Situation and elaboration of an overall concept for the design and installation of security facilities and coordination with the Physical security guards in large sites and facilities;
  • Technical and marketing consulting, related to the security systems;
  • Training of personnel working in the field of "Technical Security".
